Job Summary
Provide individual and group counseling to patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient treatment; complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans; document patient progress and maintain clinical records; support patients through recovery and relapse prevention; collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team; ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards; must meet ONE of the following: High School Diploma + active LCAS-A or Master’s degree + active LCAS and/or LCSW-A; strong communication and documentation skills.
