Job Summary
Provide individual and group counseling for individuals with substance use disorders in an outpatient setting; develop and implement comprehensive behavioral health assessments and customized treatment plans; manage caseloads in compliance with regulatory standards; coordinate care with recovery and community-based providers; facilitate sessions, including didactic educational presentations; engage family and natural supports as requested; maintain thorough client records and ensure chart compliance; sustain knowledge of current developments in the field and collaborate with other professionals to support client recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or above required
- Active LCDC, LPC or LCSW license required
