Job Summary
Licensed Clinician to supervise and coach a team of Substance Abuse Counselors within a collaborative treatment team (medical director, program director, counselors, nurses) to identify and meet patients’ clinical needs and support well-being. Responsibilities include completing intakes/admissions/discharges/transfers, documenting progress through counseling and groups, developing psychosocial and individualized treatment plans, addressing clinical/case management needs, providing individual, group, and family counseling, ensuring at least 20 hours of direct one-on-one patient contact weekly, educating patients on treatment and recovery steps, obtaining Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo ID, and upholding the program’s proprietary data rights. Required Qualifications
- Education/Licensure/Certification: CMHC, LADAC, LMHC, LPCC or higher w/ masters
