Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family counseling to patients with Opioid Use Disorder as part of a collaborative treatment team (including Medical Director, Program Director, Treatment Services Coordinator, Counselors, and Nurses). Responsibilities include completing intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork; documenting patient progress through counseling; developing psychosocial and individualized treatment plans; addressing clinical/case management needs; delivering at least 20 hours of direct one-on-one patient contact per week through individual and/or group sessions; educating patients on treatment, health issues, and steps to recovery; obtaining Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo identification; and protecting proprietary data and rights of the company.
