Substance Abuse Counselor (Master's Level)

Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family counseling to patients with opioid use disorder; collaborate with a treatment team to assess clinical needs; complete intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork; develop psychosocial and individualized treatment plans; conduct at least 20 hours of direct patient contact per week; educate patients on treatment and recovery; obtain urine drug screens and verify patient identity; adhere to program policies and protect proprietary data; includes benefits and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Services Related Field OR Master's Degree with MCAP
- Experience in the substance abuse field preferred but not required
