Job Summary
Empower Change as a Substance Abuse Counselor at the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY. You will develop, implement, and maintain an effective TEAP to spread awareness, aid in prevention, train staff, and network with the community; provide assessments and intervention plans for students during probation and testing; contribute to counseling, health/wellness, and HR referrals; deliver ongoing staff training on identification, reporting, and prevention; conduct TEAP classes and group education for students and staff. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in education, behavioral science, or related field, certification in drug and alcohol counseling, and a valid driver’s license.
