Job Summary
Deliver individual and group substance abuse counseling services to enrolled students while developing and facilitating alcohol, drug, and tobacco prevention programming. Engage with participants in residential and common areas, collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, and support healthy coping skills and relapse prevention. Provide crisis intervention as needed and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. This part-time contract role includes Monday–Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- active and valid Substance Abuse Counseling certification in the State of Kentucky like Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or any other related certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing substance abuse or behavioral health services to adolescents or young adults
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
