Job Summary
Immediate opening for a part-time or full-time Substance Abuse Counselor at Eastside Outpatient Services providing individual and group counseling services in accordance with clinic and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- CADC or CAADC certification
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of screening/assessment instruments
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to plan, organize, set objectives, time frames and prioritize
- Experience in addiction and needs identification
Additional Requirements
- All Counselors are required to achieve and maintain their CADC or CAADC certification during their employment
