Job Summary
Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions for patients recovering from opioid and illicit substance addictions. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing client assessment. Coordinate care with community providers, manage referrals, and maintain thorough client records in compliance with regulatory standards. Include family and natural supports in treatment plans while assisting clients with screening for primary care services. Maintain a caseload adhering to regulatory ratios and ratios, and stay current with new developments in substance use fields. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm in an outpatient setting supporting recovery from substance use disorders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active CDCA license
- CDCA - Preliminary licensure
- Associates degree in Behavioral Science
- Active LCDC II license
- Bachelor's degree in Science
- Active LCDC III license
- Master's degree in Behavioral Science
- Active LICDC license
