Job Summary
Manage client caseload with intake screening and referral, conduct individual and group counseling, assist in maintaining clinical documentation, and provide case management with advocacy as needed. Duties include referrals to detox and short-term rehab, placement in long-term rehab, dual diagnosis education and support, and outreach as needed. Works within a 103-bed shelter program serving men in Brooklyn, delivering comprehensive behavioral health services, coordination with on-site psychiatric and medical care, and participation in a workforce development component. Requires MSW or CASAC-T license; LMHC or LMSW preferred; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; basic computer literacy.
