Substance Abuse Assessor (CDCA or LCDC required)

Job Summary
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with substance use and behavioral health concerns using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in case consultations and clinical supervision. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing challenges while advocating for their needs within the organization and the community. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm in a fast-paced environment at DeCoach Recovery, a leading addiction treatment center focused on long-term recovery and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Current CDCA, LCDC II/III, LICDC or higher-level certification
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to seek supervision and consultation when needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
