Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments and deliver individual and group therapy techniques for clients navigating challenging transitions and healing journeys. Support the clinical team in building a collaborative environment within a fast-paced, residential treatment setting. Prioritize patient care while fostering connection and integrity among staff. Inpatient experience is a plus, though not required. Full-time employment with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) match, and progressive paid time off.
Desired Qualifications
- A dynamic candidate with a knowledge of clinical assessment methods, individual and group therapy techniques, as well as knowledge of residential treatment programs
- Inpatient experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting and willing to roll up their sleeves and build/support a clinical team for a new facility
