Subsitute teacher

Job Summary
On-call substitute teacher provides classroom coverage across multiple schools when regular teachers are absent; follows lesson plans left by the regular teacher; adapts to different grade levels and school settings; maintains a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment; adheres to district and school policies. Part-time/on-call role with opportunities Monday through Friday, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least 30 college credit hours completed; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; must be 21+; prior experience with children/youth REQUIRED; substitute teaching or classroom experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with AT LEAST 30 college credit hours completed
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Prior experience working with children or the youth is REQUIRED
- Prior teaching or substitute experience is a plus
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Dependent, flexible, and punctual.
