Subsitute School Nurse - RN (Per Diem)

Job Summary
Provide first aid and urgent care to students and staff; administer medications per care plans; monitor chronic conditions; maintain accurate health documentation; promote a healthy and safe school environment; step in when school nurses are absent or during school events and field trips; communicate with students, staff, and parents with empathy and clarity. Role offers per-diem nursing across Delaware schools with school-hours schedules, evenings, weekends, and holidays off, and flexible scheduling. Must hold an active Delaware RN license (or compact state license) and have 2+ years of RN clinical experience with current BLS certification.

- Active RN license in Delaware (or compact state license)
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- 2+ years of RN clinical experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently with school-aged children
