Job Summary
Collect outstanding balances, provide documentation, and coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices while negotiating claims' settlements with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties. Establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts, prepare investigative correspondence, and acquire background information as necessary. Communicate with businesses via telephone and written correspondence to obtain reliable contact information through phone calls, internet searches, and third-party report reviews. Maintain minimum account work standards and exercise independent judgment to deescalate adverse situations.

- 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience
