Job Summary
Manage subrogation handling for multiple specialty lines of business by ensuring proper execution of coverage, liability, and claim resolution strategies. Develop and implement procedural changes to optimize staff workflows while making disposition recommendations for complex claims exceeding staff autonomy levels. Proactively manage settlement allocations to support KPI production and analyze reports to identify trends requiring corrective strategies. Supervise a team of seven by overseeing development, goal setting, performance appraisals, and training programs across auto, property, workers compensation, and occupational accident lines. Liaise extensively with the Claims Department to foster organizational recognition of subrogation opportunities while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of specialty claim experience
- 3-5 years of Subrogation experience
- 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience
- Hybrid schedule
- Plymouth, MN; Denver, CO; Canton, MA; Atlanta, GA; New York City, NY or Chicago, IL office location
