Job Summary
Subrogation Claims Representative (I/II) responsible for analyzing and investigating subrogation claims, negotiating recoveries with adverse parties and/or their insurance carriers, reviewing information for prompt resolution, credit recovery checks and issuing deductible payments, and providing professional customer service. This hybrid role is based in West Trenton, NJ with three days in the office and two days from home after training, supporting claims under applicable state negligence laws and company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or customer service experience in a professional setting is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical aptitude with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Detail oriented, organized and possess strong time management skills
- Multi-tasking, problem-solving and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to think critically, use resources and seek answers
- Ability to work remotely with excellent time management and self-discipline
