Job Summary

Submarine Data & Stakeholder Integration Specialist for the UK Dreadnought Programme, based in Barrow-In-Furness with Hybrid working options. Lead data requirements definition across submarine systems, collaborate with data suppliers, and act as the interface between JDA, BAE Systems system owners, and Ship’s Company to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant data access. Responsible for the integration and validation of technical and operational data, ensuring compliance with MOD security policies and nuclear governance, maintaining data traceability, and supporting decision-making through rigorous data analysis. Role requires proven experience with stakeholders to identify data needs, prior involvement in submarine programmes (Dreadnought, Astute, or similar), and a strong background in defence or highly regulated environments, with knowledge of submarine systems, governance frameworks, and data standards. Strong analytical ability, credibility across multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to manage priorities in a complex programme.)
