Job Summary
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SETA for OSW providing day-to-day support to Program Managers, development/review of technical proposals and program documentation, coordination of meetings and briefings, stakeholder engagement, budget tracking, market research, and compliance with security and acquisition regulations; lead and facilitate technical discussions across DoW and senior leadership; support strategic alignment of technology investments with warfighter needs; senior-level advisory role with extensive defense-domain expertise and TS clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in defense and military technology
- Top Secret Security Clearance (SCI eligibility with Poly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-tempo environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Proven track record of supporting high-level decision-making within the DoW or other defense agencies
- Experience in technical leadership, strategy development, and future capabilities planning
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to senior military and civilian leadership
- Familiarity with DoW acquisition processes, BAA lifecycle, and program execution
