Job Summary
Support collaboration with the Army customer to define, capture, derive, and prioritize applicable requirements for the Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) training solution. Provide subject matter expertise to support requirement decomposition for implementation following an Agile/SCRUM development process and assist with verification, integration, test, documentation, delivery, and training of the solution. Deliver UAS operations expertise regarding required functionality to development and leadership teams while interacting with diverse customers and staff. Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.c.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, with additional hours possible on occasion. This role requires a U.S. Citizen with an Active SECRET clearance and local presence in Huntsville, AL, or willingness to relocate and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-10 years or more experience
- four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- U.S. Citizen
- Active SECRET clearance
- Familiar with agile project management to include terminology
- Experience as Gray Eagle UAS Instructor Operator
- Graduate of the Instructor Operator (IO) Course
- Experience with UAV ground control stations (GCS)
- familiarity with UAVs/simulators
- 500 Hours Logged as IO in the sim
- 250 hours logged as IO or AC in the Aircraft
- Must be local to Huntsville, AL
- willing to relocate

- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
