Job Summary
Support collaboration with the Army customer to define, capture, derive, and prioritize requirements for the Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer. Provide subject matter expertise to support requirement decomposition following an Agile/SCRUM process and assist with verification, integration, testing, documentation, delivery, and training of the solution. Offer UAS operations and functionality expertise to development and leadership teams while managing time wisely and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Regular hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, with additional hours occasionally required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-10 years or more experience
- four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- U.S. Citizen
- Active SECRET clearance
- Familiar with agile project management to include terminology
- Experience as Gray Eagle UAS Instructor Operator
- Graduate of the Instructor Operator (IO) Course
- Experience with UAV ground control stations (GCS)
- familiarity with UAVs/simulators
- 500 Hours Logged as IO in the sim
- 250 hours logged as IO or AC in the Aircraft
- Must be local to Huntsville, AL
- willing to relocate
- willing to travel as needed for program requirement
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

- Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
