Job Summary
Provide hands-on expertise in healthcare quality, patient safety, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and peer review for a 270+ bed hospital in California. Deliver this support while maintaining a current CA RN license and six years of acute care quality and performance improvement experience. Utilize Midas and Epic systems to execute duties, ensuring all staff complete required BLS through AHA certification during onboarding. This assignment includes coverage of expenses such as housing, airfare, and rental car.
Required Qualifications
- BSN degree
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in quality and performance improvement in an acute care hospital setting
- Current CA RN license
- BLS through AHA certification
- Midas experience
- Epic experience
