Job Summary
Subject Matter Expert – Natural Sciences (French) for a contract-based AI benchmarking project. Responsibilities include creating realistic domain-specific tasks in French reflecting local natural sciences practices, adapting and applying clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses, reviewing and scoring submissions for accuracy and regulatory alignment, and providing expert feedback to contribute to high-quality gold-standard solutions. Requires native-level fluency in the target language with strong professional English, 5+ years in natural sciences, and the ability to produce and assess professional-grade content in the target language. Independent contractor arrangement with flexible scheduling and remote work from anywhere in France; projects offered through LILT with global collaboration and prompt payment.
Required Qualifications
- Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in Natural Sciences (e.g. biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, earth sciences, or related disciplines)
- Strong knowledge of target local frameworks
- Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade natural sciences content in the target language with high attention to detail
