Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing & Industrial Operations with native Malayalam and strong English proficiency. Design and review realistic manufacturing/industrial operation scenarios in Malayalam or English grounded in Indian contexts. Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks. Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism. Contribute to gold-standard solutions across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations. Remote contract role; work on AI benchmarking projects across production, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and quality control in Indian manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
- Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations
- Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
- Native-level Malayalam with strong professional English proficiency
