Job Summary
Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing & Industrial Operations to design and review realistic scenarios in Assamese or English grounded in Indian operational contexts, covering production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving. Responsibilities include adapting evaluation rubrics for operational problem‐solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks; reviewing AI and human‐generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism; and contributing to gold‐standard solutions across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations. The role is an independent contractor position, offering flexible scheduling and remote work from anywhere.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level Assamese with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
- Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations
- Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments
