Job Summary
Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Japanese reflecting clinical and administrative settings; develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety; review and score AI- and human-generated responses for medical correctness and operational feasibility; contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety; ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in target language healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background in roles such as Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings
- Native target language with strong professional English proficiency
