Job Summary
Develop presentations, conduct research, write reports, provide responses and review tasks regarding Department of Defense plans and programs. Conduct assessments of DoD plans and programs to identify effectiveness against strategic goals and objectives. Provide expertise to senior military and government leaders including technical knowledge, policy interpretation, cross-functional facilitation and coaching. Facilitate the coordination of plans, programs and policies with senior intra-departmental leaders and stakeholders. Create and maintain continuity documents to include standard operating procedures, workflows, task trackers, and checklists. Interact with senior leadership within US Department of Defense and other US Government Departments and Agencies. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications. Represent FRDA in a positive and professional fashion with both internal and external customers. All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Top-Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Minimum 10 years DoD policy and operational knowledge and experience
