Job Summary
Standardize Debug and Rework methodologies, procedures, and best practices across manufacturing sites. Lead troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause investigations for complex manufacturing issues. Monitor regional KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality, productivity, and operational performance. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) while supporting New Product Introduction with repair strategies and documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve repairability and reliability, conduct regional audits for compliance, and deliver technical training to build organizational capability. Analyze repair trends and manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of manufacturing experience with at least 7 years in Debug, Rework, Test, Failure Analysis, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electronic troubleshooting, PCB repair, SMT/THT processes, IPC standards, and Root Cause Analysis
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project leadership
- Excellent analytical, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (MES/ERP)
- Availability to travel
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering or MBA
- IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, J-STD-001)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Experience supporting regional or global manufacturing operations
