Job Summary
Subject Matter Expert - ERP Program Management for Order Management in Shanghai. Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional programs by providing data- or process-driven insights to achieve business outcomes. Coordinate across the Order Management Team to align requirements and actions; ensure time-sensitive deliverables are executed; own system testing (RIT/UAT) for OMS tools/process changes; lead compliance and control activities to protect operational readiness and KPI stability; manage communications with internal stakeholders to align priorities and prevent churn/escalations; provide mentoring and capability building across teams/regions; travel ~20% for international projects; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with 4+ years ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 4+ years of ERP implementation experience, ideally in SAP S/4HANA or Oracle
- Strong expertise in ERP system integration, particularly MES/APS in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing
- Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation programs
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus
