Job Summary
Senior Process Executive - Voice at Enovis Hyderabad leads AR follow-up and denial resolution within Revenue Cycle Management, interacting with US payers to improve cash flow. The role trains staff on updated RCM procedures, serves as the primary knowledge source for RCM processes, monitors metrics (Days in AR, aging, collections, bad debt), allocates work, and prepares appeals for denied claims. Requires strong US payer guidelines knowledge, proficiency with practice management systems and MS Excel, exceptional communication, and the ability to work night shifts in US time zones. The position emphasizes HIPAA and healthcare regulatory compliance and involves mentoring junior staff and collaborating with other departments to maintain RCM process integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in healthcare RCM with proven expertise
- Medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding
- Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with multiple systems
- Flexibility to work in night shifts/US time zones
- Team player with the ability to mentor and support junior staff
