Job Summary
Mentor and deliver live digital marketing instruction to students, conduct engaging sessions, provide on-demand guidance and video explanations, and maintain quality through grading and feedback. Review and grade student assignments against defined guidelines, offer actionable feedback, ensure accuracy and alignment with course objectives, and support onboarding and training for new team members. Propose curriculum updates and topic ideas aligned with current digital marketing practices; share tools and resources to enhance delivery; monitor grading volumes and contribute to performance summaries for grading activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or related field (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills to deliver live lessons and interact with a U.S.-based audience.
- Proficiency in Zoom and other online learning platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, supported by a relevant degree.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
