Job Summary
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs and assess risk of financial transactions, including loan/pawn applications and check cashing. Complete daily call campaigns to build new business and nurture relationships, while overseeing account management and recovery processes to prevent losses. Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards. Perform duties outside the office, such as on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet performance standards. Maintain office security protocols, conduct store audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws. This role requires full-time, in-person attendance including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency (bilingual in Spanish/English)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical demands including remaining in a stationary position standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
