Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, managing cash registers, and processing customer and supplier returns. Monitor and distribute tasks to the team while supporting leadership in decision-making regarding processes, products, and people. Handle product verification from suppliers, issue tax invoices for expenses and transfers, and manage system requests for exchanges and quota reductions. This role is part of iPlace, the largest Apple Premium Reseller in Latin America, within the Grupo Herval family founded in 1959.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior em andamento ou concluído em Gestão Comercial, Administração ou afins
- Experiência de no mínimo 2 anos na área administrativa/loja
- Disponibilidade para atuar em horários de shopping
