Job Summary
Negotiate with the insurance market for best terms and conditions, develop a strong understanding of clients' risks, and support senior colleagues in advising on strategic insurance solutions. Conduct market research, prepare high-impact commercial presentations, and develop tailored business proposals for prospects. Work collaboratively to identify, assess, and negotiate coverage solutions with insurers, ensuring alignment with clients' needs. Support commercial teams during tender processes, renewals, and placement activities, while comprehensively managing placements and negotiations with both markets and commercial segments. Draft proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations to help Placement win new business. This graduate role includes a journey of growth featuring technical and theoretical training alternated with on-the-job sessions under the steady coaching of a Mentor and a Buddy.
Required Qualifications
- New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Law or related careers
- Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably as an insurance broker or general insurance underwriting processes in financial lines, etc.
- A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Power BI
- English language fluency
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Must be available for at least three days a week in the local office or at client sites
- At least one day per week of team in-person meetings
