Job Summary
Prepare and issue RFQ and RFP packages with required flow-downs, then review vendor proposals, negotiate terms, and execute final agreements. Conduct fair and reasonable determinations, including cost and price analyses, to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DCMA CPSR requirements. Coordinate with internal management and subcontractors to issue subcontracts and purchase orders, while managing non-disclosure and teaming agreements. Support the Small Business Subcontracting plan by documenting outreach and submitting required reports. Perform closeout actions and support internal and external audits. Maintain records consistent with contractual requirements and TekSynap procurement policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) years' experience in supply chain, purchasing, or subcontract management
- Ten (10) years' experience in DoD or Government supply chain, purchasing or subcontract management
- Experience purchasing Information Technology and/or Telecommunications materials and services
- Advanced knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as FAR, DFARS, and other agency regulations
- Effectively able to communicate with executive and management level individuals through written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work well under pressure of tight deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must comply with any vaccination requirements mandated by contract, applicable law or regulation
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be a U.S. citizen (required to obtain security clearance)
Desired Qualifications
- CFCM, CPCM or other supply chain certifications are preferred
