Job Summary
Provide subcontract administration support, including pre- and post-award management of solicitations, modifications, and task orders in compliance with Invictus policies and federal regulations. Create and issue RFPs, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and conduct price analysis evaluations to support prime contract requirements. Assist in reviewing prime solicitation requirements and draft subcontract solicitation packages. Adhere to the Invictus procurement process from Request for Quote development through negotiation, execution of agreements, and CPSR file documentation. Provide guidance on subcontractor due diligence and manage small business subcontracting plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of defense contractor experience, FAR knowledge, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance
- At least three (3) years of experience in a subcontracts role supporting a defense contractor
- Knowledge of negotiating various contract types, including FFP, FFP LOE, CPFF, LOE, T&M, or IDIQ
- Knowledge of creating file documentation in compliance with CPSR requirements
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
