Job Summary
Subcontracts Administrator responsible for managing government contracts and subcontractor relationships within Booz Allen's Global Supply Chain. You will review solicitations for risk, guide proposal strategies, negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and OEMs across various contract types, and support onboarding and awarding subcontracts within a government-approved procurement system. U.S. citizenship is required. You will engage with program leadership to mitigate risks, and contribute to procurement activities spanning the full lifecycle from early stages to completion. Expect collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely deliveries across federal programs.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations
- Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery
- Ability to function independently as a self-starter
- Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements
