Measure homes according to manufacturer guidelines and accurately cut, fit siding materials for a clean, precise finish. Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on every job site while communicating clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, collaborate with production staff to coordinate materials and scheduling, and report any issues or delays promptly. Represent Southern Industries professionally while performing physical labor including lifting 100 lbs and working at heights. This role offers high volume of consistent work year-round with all materials provided and no out-of-pocket costs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry
- A FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number
- Ability to lift to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to problem-solve on the jobsite
