Job Summary
Remote subcontractor role focusing on Workday Learning/Talent/Performance configuration, documentation, and testing. Requires 3–5 years of Workday functional experience and hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance, with experience documenting business processes and configuration decisions. Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases, and exposure to global HR environments preferred. Strong troubleshooting, structured documentation, and clear communication with both functional and technical stakeholders to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
