Job Summary
Subcontractor Administrator responsible for overseeing CHIRLA’s subcontracting processes, reviewing and organizing subcontractors and subgrantees, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, coordinating, monitoring, invoicing, and reporting on subgrantees, drafting and updating contract documents, and maintaining internal compliance/risk management systems. Requires strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills, experience with government contracts law or similar, and the ability to coordinate across departments. Travel to CHIRLA offices/partner sites and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected. Salary range from $70,304 to $73,116 annually; FLSA Exempt/Salaried, full-time, location: Compton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years’ experience in law firm and/or in-house legal department with focus in contract drafting/negotiation
- Experience working with underserved and diverse populations
- Must be able to travel to CHIRLA offices/sites for events/audits/meetings
