Subcontract Manager

Oversee and enhance supplier contract deliverables from order placement through delivery, ensuring products meet quality standards and adhere to cost agreements. Manage complex, high-risk contracts including Build-to-Print orders with a focus on supplier performance improvement and risk mitigation. Lead supplier relationship management and operational performance in collaboration with internal teams, defining and reporting on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery and quality compliance. Develop and execute supplier improvement plans to enhance delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency while identifying and managing operational risks within supplier contracts. Mentor junior buyers on contract management strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and risk assessment tools. Requires Security Clearance (SC) and working towards MCIPS, EIPM, or CPIM qualifications.
