Job Summary
Support the subcontract development process from strategy through award by sourcing, qualifying, and managing bidders. Prepare calls for tenders, addendums, and clarifications while estimating construction manhours and supporting cost assessments. Conduct technical and commercial clarifications with bidders, prepare final bid tabulations, and participate in negotiations and formal award activities. Manage field administration including change orders, back-charges, and subcontract closeout, while generating statistical reports on cost, productivity, and rework rates. This role involves working on complex construction and energy projects within a multidisciplinary international team.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering diploma in Civil Engineering, General Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract/subcontract management or tendering
- Experience preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Openness to potential expatriation to a construction site later in your career
