Subaru Love Encore Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct daily call and email follow-ups and prospecting to establish a constant flow of new, referral, and repeat business. Deliver the Love Encore experience to all new and pre-owned customers, including a second vehicle orientation classroom session, while ensuring vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and fully prepared for pickup. Document the process with client consent to build a library of videos showcasing new and pre-owned inventory. Demonstrate deep product knowledge on technology and options across all vehicles in inventory. Assist with various sales-related tasks such as moving vehicles, driving inventory to the service department, and helping customers with trade-ins. Maintain professional communication skills and a positive attitude while working within the required schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be available for required hours during the week and Saturdays
- Consistent and professional appearance in keeping with Wayne Subaru's required dress code
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Be comfortable working with computers and tablets
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other Wayne Subaru family members
- Be ready and eager to learn and keep current with the Subaru product line
- Possess the ability to build rapport and gather pertinent information from our customers and LISTEN
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day and work well with others
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive Subaru Sales Experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate
- Social Media Marketing skills are a plus - we need to be online and in front!
- Previous Subaru and Auto sales experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate
