Job Summary
Finance Manager responsible for advising customers and sales staff on financing options, presenting finance products, closing deals, coordinating with lenders to obtain financing, and processing all vehicle-purchase paperwork accurately and on time. Duties include submitting deals to banks electronically, entering transactions into dealer systems, tracking receivables, and supporting the sales team during peak times. Requires proficiency with dealer financing systems (CDK, DealerTrack, Route One, CUDL) and strong customer service, communication, and math skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in automotive financing and F&I process
- Proficiency with CDK, DealerTrack, Route One, CUDL
- Ability to enter transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with lenders to obtain financing approval
- Strong math and basic computer skills
