Job Summary
Follow daily instructional plans provided by teachers while covering academics, lunch, and recess. Maintain a safe, Christ-centered environment by establishing trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff. Enforce classroom rules with fairness and consistency, recognizing and reinforcing student achievement through a cycle of forgiveness. Respond to individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of children while remaining flexible for unusual situations. Dismiss classes on time according to school policy. Be on campus at times determined by administration.
