Job Summary
The Sub Shoppe Manager is responsible for directing the Sub Shoppe Department's operations, including hot foods, salad bar, and made-to-order sandwiches and salads. Key responsibilities include managing budget and expenses, ingredient inventory, compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and training staff. Candidates need a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong skills in communication and management, and the ability to handle food safely as per regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years prior experience in food service management, retail department management, or customer service
- Ability to read and write for tagging and ordering merchandise
- ServSafe certification or comparable
- Local, state, and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates
