Job Summary
Sub Section Leader responsibilities include assigning operators to workstations, training new operators, performing production quality checks, providing operator breaks, and other related duties. The role requires excellent attendance, job performance, and leadership skills. Knowledge of basic inspection devices such as calipers, micrometers, and height gage is preferred; knowledge of plastic injection molding is a plus but not required. In-person work location with a 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm shift; 40+ hours weekly; Lindstrom, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Quality inspection: 1 year (Preferred)
