Job Summary

Sales Representative at Frederick’s Manufacturing will initiate and manage relationships with customers, identify and educate prospective customers, support existing clients with product/service information, and drive sales in the Sub Sea Tools domain. Key duties include analyzing and developing new markets by assessing territory potential, presenting and selling products/services, establishing positive customer relationships, cold-calling leads, resolving customer problems to maximize satisfaction, achieving sales targets, staying abreast of promotional trends, providing reports on customer needs and competitive activity, coordinating sales efforts with team members, and attending trade shows/BD events. Travel is required to meet with clients and at industry events. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus ability to deliver tailored presentations and negotiate effectively, are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the field of Sub Sea Tools
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
