Job Summary
Fill prescriptions and dispense medications while providing counseling to patients and healthcare practitioners. Oversee pharmacy operations, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations. Requires a pharmacy degree and registration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist by WI Dpt of Registration & Licensing
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- First Aid
- Driver's License Personal Vehicle
- Insurance Required
- Child Abuse Reporting Policy (CARP)
- Health Insurance Portability (HIPAA) Accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of drugs and their indications, contraindications, dosing, side effects, and proper administration
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to make solid decisions and exercise independent judgment
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to supervise
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must be willing and able to obtain additional education and training
- Must adhere to all Oneida Nation Personnel Policies and Procedures
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to the Nation Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy
- A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment
