Job Summary
Sub-Investigator at Hawthorne Health overseeing and managing clinical trials at a Staten Island, NY site. You’ll provide medical oversight under the PI, perform delegated study-related tasks (patient assessments, eligibility screenings, medical histories, ECGs, labs), review data and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and regulatory authorities. Requires active NY NP or PA license and experience with sponsor-initiated trials; familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and CTMS/EDC systems is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York
- Active Physician Assistant license in New York
- Experience on at least 3 sponsor-initiated clinical trials as an Investigator
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
- Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Commitment to ethical conduct and patient safety
